The Hotshots program is specifically designed for children, aiming to make the learning process fun, engaging, and appropriately challenging.

It's a progressive program, allowing kids to advance at their own pace through four stages: Blue, Red, Orange, and Green. Each stage represents a different level of skill and introduces new and more sophisticated techniques.

Blue Stage (3-5 years old):

Welcome to the Blue Stage, where the world of tennis comes alive for our youngest players aged 3-5 years. Using 25% compression red balls and 19-inch racquets, this stage focuses on Fundamental Perceptual Movement Skills and hand-eye coordination.

Our classes feature colourful and engaging equipment designed to stimulate movement, ensuring a dynamic and enjoyable introduction to the world of tennis. Enroll today, and every new participant receives a free racquet to kickstart their tennis journey!

Red Stage (5-8 years old):

Step into the Red Stage, where the excitement of tennis continues for players aged 5-8. This stage also uses distinctive red-colored balls—which have 25% compression of an adult or yellow ball.

Recommended racquet sizes of 19, 21, or 23 inches accommodate varying stages of growth and development. Players can expect to work on hand-eye coordination and tennis-specific skills in game-based activities.

Players will learn rallying, basic tactics, scoring formats, fair play, and teamwork. Players will also gain confidence in their tennis skills in a safe and inclusive environment. New players also get a free racquet, so they're all set for tennis fun and skill-building!

Orange Stage (8-10 years old):

As players progress, the Orange Stage for ages 8-10, introduces 50% compression orange balls, bridging the transition to advanced skills.

Racquet sizes of 23 to 25 inches are recommended, customised to individual growth and development. Players dive into an engaging tennis experience where technique and fun are merged.

Green Stage (10+ years old):

In the Green Stage, players aged 10+ refine their skills with green balls - 75% compression. These balls are just a bit softer and easier to handle.

Racquets sized 25-27(full size) inches ensure a good fit for everyone. Let's nurture that love for tennis and watch skills grow! Players dive into an engaging tennis experience where technique, preparing for competition, and fun are merged. This is the final hotshots stage that prepares players for yellow balls and ensures they are ready to hit the courts and have a great time.
